Why is it that every time a Black individual is about to be executed he claims he is the "victim" of a jury made up of prejudiced Whites? The last case I remember where that was an issue was of Napoleon Beazley, a young man who liked to sell crack and decided that he wanted to be a gangsta, just like his rap-star heroes, so he 'jacked a Benz and shot a man dead. Just like his heroes he gained media recognition worldwide.

Now I hear that another Black male, Thomas Miller-El, is scheduled to be served a cocktail of sodium pentathol, pancuronium bromide, and potassium chloride by the state of Texas. Miller-El was convicted of killing Douglas Walker, who was a White man working at a Holiday Inn in Irving. The victim was tied up and placed in a closet and was then shot with a 9mm pistol by Miller-El. It must have been a family affair: Miller-El's wife and several friends were involved.

Miller-El was 34 at the time of the offense. He had previously served time in TDC for burglary. He paroled out and later served time in a federal prison for robbing a bank. I would have to guess that this is a violent man. He was also old enough to know better than to kill a man and paralyze another while robbing the Holiday Inn. Thomas needs to learn to accept what he gives---death.

Now that I've given you a little history on this punk let me get back to the point. Miller-El (and his good-for-nothing attorneys) claims that his jury was biased towards him because he is Black. But that statement itself is illogical since out of twelve jurors there were three minorities. In fact, there was one Black, one Hispanic, and one person of Filipino descent. And, for the record, the Black gentleman stated that he felt the death penalty in Texas was "too quick" and that murderers should have a slow, painful death. I guess he didn't take up for the brother.

Miller-El is grasping at straws, trying to save his sorry ass from going to the execution chamber. I'm sure he realizes that America is so full of Liberal anti-death penalty crusaders that he may actually have a chance. I liked what Douglas Walker's parents said: "It was our son...whose rights were violated, not Miller-El". Well said. As far as I am concerned that pathetic son-of-a-bitch has no rights. Well, maybe he has one. I'd say The Lone Star State has granted him the right to die for his sins.
